It's the second time I was at the hotel, last time was great. This time was sadly just okay...

The TV didn't work, I tried calling the number provided by the hotel 4 times...sadly no one answered so I couldn't watch TV.

Good hotel - no contact with staff

Nice location, good value for money, roll was simple but with what you need. Hotel is not too big so quiet, but no staff, everything is contactless

Unfortunately there was a street event that evening with very loud music, but we had to keep windows open due to the heat. No much parking space. We had issues as well with the self checking as our code gave us a key that was not for the room we were supposed to have, most likely because the room was still not ready even 1h30 after our allowed check-in time (which is fine) but we tried again keybox later and it was there but I wonder if someone was missing their keys then...

The whole impression of the hotel was spoiled by the fact that, even though smoking was prohibited everywhere, there was a strong stench of smoking in my room.

..out of my future choices..

The hotel was in a very dark neighborhood, having no lights on, even a label.. Instead that gps shown that I had reached my destination, I couldn't recognize the hotel's building, made me wondering if gps was right!!!..After calling to the hotel's phone , an employee from a help desk line, explained me that there is no reception at all, only key boy (to pick up the key) and a mail box to deliver the key the day after (for check out)....moreover by entering in the room there were written instructions for many issues and penalties fees, with no prior information in booking.com..

We waited 2 ( till 1.15 am, night) hours outside with a baby to enter, no response of call or what's app. Fortunately, a guest retured allowed us to seat in the reception. Hotel send us a Code at 11.23 pm via booking.com which deposited in Junk, we missed. We managed to enter room at approx. 2 am. I wrote to properly, got a terrible and threatening response from them. We got different room than selected in booking.com which was stinky, very warm, terrible bed was very uncomfortable to sleep with a flat pillow. Couldn't sleep an hour.
